TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL BOOKINGS/TOUR PACKAGES

To confirm tour arrangement/ hotel package 50% advance required. Balance payment prior to arrival.

Rooms subject to availability at the time of booking
Rates quoted are subject to change if any changes in Government taxes, if currency fluctuates or hotels change rates.
In the event hotel accommodation in the requested hotels is not available, every effort will be made for an alternate & will be advised accordingly.
Normal check- in time at hotels is between 1200 hrs – 1400 hrs. If client is arriving by early morning flight, and a room is needed, on arrival, the room should be booked from the previous night.
The check-out time in hotels on day of departure is 1200 hrs. If clients intend to check-out late, please note the hotel is entitled to charge additional charges.
We strongly recommend you to obtain travel insurance against cancellation, loss of deposits, cancellation fees, baggage & medical expenses.
Once the tour package is accepted & paid for, no refunds will be made on any unutilized services.
With effect from 01 January 2012, foreign visitors to Sri Lanka must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) prior to departure from their country, more details on the same could be found @ eta.gov.lk
